At least three (3) years of experience in a fabrication or machining-focused manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, programming, tooling, and machining process optimization
Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, mechanical assembly, ergonomics, and lean tools to execute continuous improvement projects
Strong organizational, analytical, and inter-personal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive change
Proven experience with Continuous Improvement Lean Methodologies (Six Sigma experience preferred)

Prepare trailers prior to loading product by inspecting and cleaning as needed to ensure product preservation
Assists in building and grounds maintenance to ensure facility is clean, safe and orderly
Assist in physical inventories, ensuring facility and contents are secure
Provides other services such as housekeeping activities, assembling crates to contain products and/or moving loose materials to containers as directed by supervisor
