Minimum 5 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent years of relevant experience
Knowledge of carpentry, HVAC/controls, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to analyze system operations, determine causes of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective action
Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work independently, safely, and make sound decisions in the field
Physical ability to frequently walk up and down stairs, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and lift 60 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to create SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs to ensure safe and efficient work completion
Willingness and ability to support after-hours building activities including shutdown operations
Participation as a member of the on-site emergency response team
