2+ years prior supervisory or lead experience in an F&B; establishment, hotel, country club, conference center, or hospitality operations position.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while supervising others.
Must have a flexible work schedule and be able to accommodate business needs.
Must be able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work indoors/outdoors year-round.
Strong supervisory skills required.
Must be able to effectively communicate with vendors and employees.
