Two years of maintenance experience
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems
Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building's electricity
Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
Groundskeeping to ensure that the lawns and other outdoor areas are maintained; including but not limited to snow removal
