Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership or foreman experience
Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
Proven leadership ability managing construction crews
Ability to work long hours in physically demanding environments
Strong communication skills when interacting with crews and jobsite stakeholders
Lift up to 75 pounds regularly
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Follow all company PPE and safety requirements
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset on job sites
Typical start time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Typical weekly hours: 60+ hours per week
Standard schedule: Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on project demands
Night work is rare but early concrete pours may occasionally require earlier start times

Strong understanding of all project lifecycle phases, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
Exposure to manufacturing or OEM operations environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software
