Previous experience in purchasing, buying, procurement, or supply chain support
Manufacturing, industrial, or production environment experience preferred

Process purchase orders for materials, components, supplies, and services
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order status, and delivery updates
Follow up on late orders, shortages, discrepancies, and other purchasing-related issues
Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP/MRP systems and support the purchasing team as needed
