Experienced Line Cooks
$23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)
On the Rocks is part of a highly regarded event venue and private 18-hole golf course
Line cooks are the backbone of the kitchen
You'll run a station on the cooking line
Make sure each dish is prepared consistently, safely, and on time
Daily restaurant service and preparing food for larger catered events
Grill cook, sauté cook, fry cook, station cook, or banquet cook
Prepare food orders to specification for both a la carte dining and catered events
Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Complete prep lists and assigned tasks on time
Support team members with flexibility and cooperation
Be available for overtime if needed during peak business periods
ServSafe certification (recommended)
Experience with grill, sauté, and catering operations
