Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in construction procurement, purchasing and/or contract management
Experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1) - REQUIRED
Strong Excel proficiency
Strong understanding of purchase orders, service agreements, and commercial contract terms
Proven experience with RFQ management, bid evaluation, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations
Solid knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supply chains
Familiarity with construction insurance requirements and compliance review
Understanding of construction project lifecycles, timelines, and interdependencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
