Bachelors degree required.
6+ years of hands-on quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience leading and developing a team (engineers, technicians, or similar)
Quality systems (QMS, CAPA, audits, change control)
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Experience working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customers
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Eligibility to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
