Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections required
Experience with payment posting is a must
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Pay is $20 per hour
Must be bilingual
Accounts Receivable collections activities, including follow-up on outstanding balances
Post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally
Work with customers to establish payment plans and resolve account discrepancies
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and account status
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume calls
Ability to negotiate and set up payment arrangements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in basic computer systems and accounting software
