Operate any lift truck in the fleet to provide support to all production areas and warehousing activities.
Demonstrate working knowledge and departmental safety procedures and guidelines
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Move, load, and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Support production and logistics operations to keep things running smoothly
Safely load and unload tractor trailers, fill out trailer inspection sheets
Complete understanding of warehousing process and procedures for advancement to warehouse person
Identify and inform group leader of problems requiring assistance
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work overtime as required

Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (cGMP, SOPs, quality systems, or similar) preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
SAP experience is a plus.
Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks and work around manufacturing equipment.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following strict safety and quality standards.
