- Understanding of laboratory quality systems, data integrity principles, and regulatory expectations
- Experience with NMR data processing software (e.g., TopSpin, MNova, VnmrJ, Mdrive)
- Deep understanding of NMR theory, pulse sequences, spectral interpretation, and instrument operation
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a client‑driven environment
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and scientific decision‑making abilities
- Ability to present complex scientific information to clients, auditors, and internal leadership
