Strong technical experience in automotive manufacturing, electrical test systems, manufacturing equipment, or related hardware/validation environments
Experience leading complex issue resolution in a plant or manufacturing setting
Experience defining technical standards, equipment requirements, process controls, or validation strategies
Proven ability to lead technical work across multiple functions without direct authority
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities across plants, programs, and strategic initiatives
Experience working with suppliers, plant teams, and cross-functional engineering partners to implement solutions
Willingness to travel as required to support plant execution and deployment

Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Proficiency using precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T; requirements.
This position supports defense-related manufacturing and is subject to U.S. Export Control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
