Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years preferred.
Experience leading continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and implement effective process improvements.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a manufacturing setting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of PFMEA, process validation, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to travel up to 20% and perform work in both office and manufacturing environments, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting with assistance.
