Minimum of 10+ years in a hardware test environment
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.

Extensive hands-on experience with thermal chambers, TVAC chambers, and/or vibration shakers
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or technically guiding teams of engineers
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of authoring test procedures, driving process improvements, and managing non-conformances at scale
