5 or more years Production Operations experience in an industrial environment
Travel up to 10% to support another remote plant located at Sterling, IL
Be able to adjust their work schedule based on facility activities, be able to work overtime as required, and be on call
Interpret manufacturers' manuals and apply hands-on skills in repairing certain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
