Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Ability to communicate effectively in basic English to follow instructions, interact with supervisors and coworkers, and understand safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds or more (Greater than 50lbs requires team lifting)
Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Must have good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for manipulating small parts
