Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience required
ISO protocols, tariffs, and operational procedures; strong working knowledge of telemetry/SCADA/ICCP/EMS and market communications.
Pre-placement drug screening
Highly skilled in power market operations with at least 3–5 years in real‑time leadership or ISO coordination roles across multiple markets (preferably including ERCOT + at least one of PJM/MISO/SPP/CAISO/NYISO/ISO‑NE).
Background checks
DAM/RTM bidding & dispatch, ancillary services, congestion management, imbalance mitigation, RUC/commitment processes.
Outage coordination and emergency operations (EEA/EECP, load shed protocols familiarity).
Scheduling/tagging (EIR e Tags), NAESB standards; settlements touchpoints and dispute basics.
Medical review of physical fitness for the role
Familiarity with ETRM (Endur or similar), OATI webTrader/webTrans, ISO portals (e.g., ERCOT MMS/EMIL; PJM Markets Gateway/eDART; MISO MUI/CROW; SPP Marketplace; CAISO BPM portals; NYISO MIS; ISO‑NE SMD), forecasting platforms, and data/BI tools.
