Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, and Microsoft Office
Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior or remote team members
Minimum 3+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects
High School Diploma or GED
High-level understanding of commercial roofing systems and assemblies
Industry certifications (manufacturer or trade-related) are preferred but not required

Have a minimum of three (3) years of driving history.
Drive during all weather conditions, daytime and nighttime.
Pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Felony convictions will result in disqualification. Misdemeanors will be evaluated individually; however, offenses involving theft, assault, battery, or drug distribution within the past seven (7) years will result in disqualification.
Be at least 21 years old.
MVR Guidelines
Frequent stooping, bending and twisting required.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations is required.
Lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders (up to 28 ft.) and work at heights.
