Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
Capable of developing and implementing complex procedures from general instructions while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
