Must have basic math skills
Must have current CPR-Heartsaver course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement from one of the following: American Heart, Association American Red Cross Rescuer, or Military Training Network
Must be able to follow both oral and written directions
Must exhibit caring, service-oriented behaviors toward people encountered and be able to defuse emotionally charged situations
Must have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Parkland in a positive manner
Must be able to read and write
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital personnel
Must complete within 90 days of hire and/or placement a Preventative Back Injury & Proper Lift Technique class and demonstrate proficiency
Must be able to safely transport patients via stretcher or wheelchair to departments/areas of PHHS
Must be able to apply sound judgement toward satisfying a variety of questions and problems from patients and visitors

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift

6+ months of warehouse order selector and/or distribution work experience
Must have Stand-Up Reach experience.
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime
