Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to perform hands-on maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement effective repairs.
Comfortable working safely around saws, conveyors, moving equipment, forklifts, and industrial systems.
Ability to read and follow manuals, diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
Strong communication skills with management, production teams, and vendors.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must be at least 18 years old.
