Minimum four years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with demonstrated expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical repair and maintenance, including knowledge of overall system design and applications
Experience troubleshooting the HVAC/R system with the BAS
Valid Tennessee driver's license
Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer application software, particularly CMMS platforms
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Physical capability to perform demanding work including lifting up to 80 lbs., frequently climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and working overhead in various conditions
Ability to work from heights using ladders up to 30 feet (300 lb. weight limit) while carrying approximately 20 lbs. of tools
Emergency response availability (arriving onsite within 45 minutes when needed)
Participation in an on-call rotation

High School Diploma or GED required
Five years of experience in specific responsibilities mentioned above
Must possess a complete set of maintenance tools
Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC's and robotics
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
