Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, Ph.D. with 1 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting.
Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start.
A current/active clearance is not required to be considered for the position, but a final clearance is required to start
5 years of experience in design and development of ruggedized electro-mechanical and/or opto-mechanical hardware
5 years of experience with mechanical CAD design tools such as Siemens NX or similar
5 years of demonstrated application of innovative solutions to complex problems
5 years of experience leading and reviewing technical work products of peers
5 years of experience presenting at design reviews and customer/stakeholder briefings
8 years of experience in design and development of ruggedized electro-mechanical and/or opto-mechanical hardware
8 years of experience with mechanical CAD design tools such as Siemens NX or similar
8 years of demonstrated application of innovative solutions to complex problems
8 years of experience leading and reviewing technical work products of peers

This position is contingent upon contract award, the ability to obtain/maintain an active US Government Secret or the successful transfer of a US Government Secret prior to start and the ability to obtain/maintain a special access program clearance prior to start.
