2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at ALPLA or similar industry
Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety
Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with power transmission systems and industrial controls
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with programmable controllers
Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
Problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent maintenance leadership experience
Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs
