3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be capable of successfully implementing the GTAW, GMAW and FCAW processes (as a minimum) and also have an operational proficiency in the methods of Oxyfuel Torch-cutting and Plasma Arc cutting.
Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, standards and specifications
Employee may be required to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Basic computer skills.
Intermediate proficiency reading part and assembly drawings.
Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath machines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required**.**
Ability to provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of recommended tools will be provided).
Travel at least 25% of the time may be required.
This may include domestic and international travel depending on the project.
