5+ years in welding and applicable certifications
Familiarity with operating and maintaining a range of welding tools and equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines
Proficiency in operating various welding equipment and tools
Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques, different welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. unassisted
Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
Manual Dexterity: May need to use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble small objects
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
