One year certificate from college or technical school
Three to six months related experience and/or training in production welding
Mil standard 1595A - AWS 17.1 certified or ability to pass certification test in Groups I, II & III.
GTAW / TIG.

Must be able to read squares and measuring tapes.
Good understanding of blueprint reading.
Be able to read part numbers and directions provided on a worksheet.
