Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Irving, TX 75038
Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection
Process and prepare specimens for testing and transport
Troubleshoot specimen collection issues and ensure accuracy
Provide patient instructions for specimen collection (e.g., urine samples)
Educate patients on proper post-phlebotomy care
Properly dispose of hazardous and sharp materials in compliance with safety standards
Collect specimens for microbiology testing
Follow standard operating procedures, including positive patient identification
Perform waived and moderate complexity laboratory testing

Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties.
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.)
Must be able to work overtime if required, on short notice.
High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity.
A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential.
