Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the trade(s)
Equipment Skills: Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all manually operated and power related tools and equipment.
Equipment Skills: Use of safety equipment/apparel.
Maintain good safety practice throughout the workday
Interpret and layout projects according to specifications
Knows the fundamentals of different welding techniques
Evaluate and conduct tests to determine the soundness/quality of welds
Maintain good recordkeeping
Basic understanding of theoretic principles and practical application of respective trade concepts and skills.
