Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Project Management, and cross-functional teams
Strong expertise in electrical schematic interpretation, troubleshooting, panel building, and machine wiring
Proven leadership capabilities, including giving direction, managing performance, mentoring, and holding team members accountable
Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and timely project execution
