Prepare technical reports and Quality Control data for service events as required.
HS Degree and associate degree in Electronics or equivalent.
Record all pertinent repair activities with appropriate detail in the business CRM systems.
Experience in technical after sales service environment/organization field service would be highly desired.
Military or Technical School is preferred
Follow detailed repair, calibration, and administration procedures for Evident products with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task numerous customer repairs through to completion.
3+ years of experience repairing instruments and/or electronic devices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience in the diagnosis and repair both board level and component level electronics.
Must be able to read and comprehend standard Engineering documentation, such as, schematics, BOM's, test procedures, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
Must be able to effectively use the following electronic test equipment and software: Oscilloscope, Function generator, multi-meter and PC diagnostic tools.
Excel in fast paced environment, ability to multi-task and work / meet shipping deadlines.
The Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00/hour a year plus 5% annual bonus target.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Experience working in a calibration and repair facility is strongly desired.
