BS/MS in Chemistry or PhD (preferred), Pharmacy or Life Sciences required
Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project management, pharmaceutical development, technical operations and/or manufacturing of small molecules and/or of drug product dosage forms for small molecules
Demonstrated experience as a technical project manager with ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Solid writing and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills

3+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and or/mechanical devices
Design & development of electronics and/or mechanical devices
Advanced sourcing activities, including stints as commodity/sourcing managers
Supplier development (technology, process, supply chain, etc.)
Early supplier engagement, ahead of product/engineering requirement realization
Domain expertise must include value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level.
Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
Some exposure working in a start-up environment
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or other related technical degree. Advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
