Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience REQUIRED: At least 6 months-1 year experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities - AND - must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on.
Clearances: must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
Licenses: Valid CA Driver's license; must have driver history of at least one year as a licensed driver (in any US state)
