Draft and prepare lease documentation, exhibits, and memoranda for retail, office, and warehouse locations
Compile and oversee execution sets of lease documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Review and assess due diligence materials, including survey, title, CCRs, OEAs, REAs, and environmental reports, to identify potential legal issues
Confirm legal descriptions and review exclusive use clauses in leases to prevent conflicts with operations
Proofread legal documents prepared by attorneys to ensure precise and error-free filings
Prepare lease-related legal documents such as Estoppel Certificates, Subordination, Attornment, and Non-Disturbance Agreements
Maintain litigation files and assist with discovery requests and lien reviews under attorney supervision
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate lease updates and legal communications
