1+ years of hands-on experience with Florida Family Court procedures and filings
3+ years of recent and tenured family law paralegal experience within a U.S. law firm environment, supporting litigation, mediation, and contested hearings
Strong working knowledge of family law processes, deadlines, and court rules
Proven ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal case management, and time-tracking systems
Paralegal certificate, degree, or equivalent practical experience
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned responsibilities and attention to detail
Meet billable expectations with timely and accurate time entry
Work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented legal environment
Communicate proactively and reliably with attorneys and colleagues
Demonstrate emotional intelligence and discretion when working with clients in high-stress or sensitive situations
Fully onsite for the initial 90-day onboarding period
