Pay starting is between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Part Polishing: Utilize a range of hand tools, abrasive materials, and polishing equipment to smooth and refine the surfaces of medical device parts. Achieve the desired finish texture while adhering to strict quality standards
Surface Blasting: Perform surface blasting techniques using appropriate equipment and media to prepare part surfaces for finishing
Finish Work: Apply specialized finishing techniques such as deburring, edge blending, and contouring to eliminate sharp edges, improve aesthetics, and enhance functionality of medical device parts
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, detailing the processes, materials, and techniques used for each part
Complete all required documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
Ensure machine schedule is being maintained
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and perform routine inspections on polishing, blasting, and finishing equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
