Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks and controlled substance testing.
Work performed in a manufacturing/plant setting in close proximity to others.
Requires use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and slip resistant shoes.
Requires strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Works well as a productive member of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical assembly experience or as a machine tool builder
Visual acuity to read blueprints, work instructions, and inspect parts for quality.
Tolerance for moderate noise, vibration, and exposure to oils, solvents, or other manufacturing materials (with proper PPE provided).
Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
Frequently: use hands to handle or feel inspection tools and equipment.
Detail-oriented and consistent.
Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small and large components with precision.
Highly repetitive: use of hand tools and machinery.
Continuously: maintain focus and attention to detail during inspections.
