Essential Functions & Competencies
Proactively work Customer Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs
Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for or against hire and delivers assignment and/or employment offers.
Assist the branch with advertising and creative recruiting efforts such as job fairs
Flexible Schedule and ability to drive to perform visits to customer sites for check in process, customer wellness calls, employee communication, etc.
Manages current candidate, assignment activity, and orders within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conducts business according to company policy as well as required Local, State and Federal laws.
Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.
Professionally offboards released or terminated employees in accordance with company policy and Local, State and Federal laws. Protects organization and builds trust by maintaining confidentiality of applicant, employee and customer information.
Participates as an integral part of the organization in support of staff company-wide to encourage the success of all team members.
