3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role, preferably within a medical or pharmaceutical environment
Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of medical-surgical supplies and equipment
Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates against purchase orders and packing lists
Store products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility
Pick and stage orders according to customer specifications and established procedures
Pack and label outgoing shipments accurately and securely to prevent damage during transit
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory processes to maintain inventory accuracy
Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and uphold service level agreements
Must be comfortable working at heights
Must be comfortable working in refrigerated areas when required
Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift
Ability to lift 20-50 pounds repetitively throughout the course of a shift
Must be able to hear normal voice sounds
Must be able to work extended hours as needed
