High School diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills and ability to read a measuring tape
Ability to measure and mix paint as required by the work order
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language
Associates must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently
Practical problem solving that can occur during the paint process. Blueprint interpretation
Frequent manual and finger dexterity required by the daily use of hand tools
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, crouch, or kneel
Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly
The environment is active and fast-paced. Expect a mix of physical activity and hand tool use
