Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and media conversion tools
Candidates should also be able to lift and move production equipment as needed, up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to operate professional video/digital film cameras with precision and creativity
Strong troubleshooting skills for technical production issues
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Familiarity with current video technology and media production best practices
Ability to coach and direct talent or subjects on camera
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
2+ years of experience in video or film production
Ability to operate live video switching and production equipment
Knowledge of IP-based production workflows and networking
Willingness to work varying hours when production schedules require it
Ability to plan production projects and help others visualize the final product
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Strong communication and writing skills
Excellent customer service skills
