High School Diploma or equivalent
Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent guest service, practicing confidentiality and privacy protocol in accordance with Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries Policies
Attainable within a Christian environment and lifestyle of prayer and worship integrated into day-to-day job functions
Ability to handle difficult guests with firm grace and love
Perform simple yet effective first aid care in emergencies
Ability to communicate extremely well both verbally and in writing
Possess and promote a drug, nicotine free lifestyle
Alert the Women's Shelter Manager of any changes or concerns within the department
Maintain constant communication while on shift with other Women's shelter staff as needed
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in preparing and entering information
Standing/Walking; Lifting up to 50lbs
Submit all reports to the Women's Shelter Manager as requested on time
Attend all scheduled staff meetings
