Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Business Administration field, or 5+ years of experience in financial management in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of tracking program finances, managing budgets, and aligning funding streams with DoD financial planning processes
Experience with DoD budget execution, cost estimation, and processes, financial forecasting, and cost estimation
Experience in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution ( PPBE ) process, financial forecasting, and cost estimation
