Bachelor's degree
A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of equivalent work experience is required
Previous experience of recruitment strategy and implementation; including analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics is required
This role requires in-person work and travel throughout the region to onsite and client locations, the expected travel exceeds 50%
Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope
Proactive in defining problems and implementing creative and sustainable solutions for resolution
Experience in modeling and deploying business improvement processes
Experienced in managing and coordinating teams across multiple business groups
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate findings to key stakeholders
Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing colleagues by inspiring, encouraging and providing coaching to improve performance
Adept at performing to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Strategic mindset and collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and ability to learn new software as required
