Prior warehouse inventory experience or inventory management experience
2+ years of leadership experience managing a large team
2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Suite and demonstrating strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical requirements of standing, walking, lifting up to 60lbs.
This role requires standing and walking, lifting and moving items ranging from 30-60lbs, and active participation in production when volume necessitates.
Responsible for having a complete knowledge of all Inventory Control/Procurement software and applications
As well as be able to administer training in these software applications

Prior people leadership experience in a distribution center or operations environment
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
