Prior hands-on experience with material transfer vehicles (e.g., Shuttle Buggy) in asphalt paving operations.
Knowledge of Asphalt Mix Handling
Understanding of how to maintain proper temperature, prevent segregation, and ensure consistent material flow.
Strong Coordination and Communication Skills
Ability to work closely with truck drivers, paver operators, and ground crew to keep operations smooth and efficient.
Mechanical Awareness: Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Proven track record of following safety procedures and maintaining awareness of surroundings, especially in active job sites.
Reliable attendance, willingness to work in varying weather conditions, and commitment to project timelines.
