5-7+ years' experience as a superintendent on commercial renovation projects ($500K-$3MM range)
Prior hotel renovation experience strongly preferred
Willingness to travel nationwide for 70-100 days at a time (6-7 days/week during project durations)
Strong leadership and field coordination skills
Proficient with computers and construction software
Strong understanding of interior scopes and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Valid drivers license with a clean record
OSHA 10/30 is a plus
Spanish language fluency or proficiency is strongly preferred
