Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and comfort learning internal ticket/request systems
High attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work onsite full time; occasional evenings/weekends as needed to support VIP/VVIP timelines
Physical ability to work onsite, move throughout the office, and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
