18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Appropriate I9 Identifications.
Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work.
Understand s the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
Must have Day or Swing shift availability.
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must be able to interact with and greet truck drivers, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, logistics forms and ability to report alarms via telephone.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist truck drivers, public, client, Site Supervisors, and Office Management.
Must be open to communication and feedback from client, Site Supervisor and Office Management.
Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work, not accessible by public transportation due to shift.
Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation in Colorado Springs if hired.
